Arch. Eric Loki David Mphil - Environmental Design in Architecture (Cambridge UK), B.arch (Hons) UON
Principal Architect & Managing Director
Loki is a highly accomplished, licensed architect with a proven track record in building design and construction supervision across Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda. As a specialist in Sustainable and Low-Energy Building Design, he brings expertise in Thermal Comfort, Natural Ventilation, Daylighting, Room Acoustics, and Noise Control, ensuring environmentally responsive and energy-efficient architectural solutions.
His portfolio includes some of East Africa’s most pioneering green buildings. Notably, he played a key role in designing the Kenya Commercial Bank Headquarters in Upper Hill, Nairobi, one of Kenya’s first environmentally friendly high-rise office building. He also contributed to the award-winning I&M Bank Headquarters in Kigali, Rwanda, and the TDB Bank Regional Headquarters in Nairobi, both designed to redefine the standards of sustainable architecture in the region.
Loki holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Cambridge (UK), where he graduated with distinction for his dissertation. His research interests—spanning daylighting, thermal comfort, natural ventilation in tropical climates, and acoustic design—have shaped his academic contributions as a lecturer at the University of Nairobi, where he previously earned a First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. As a LEED-accredited Green Building Design Professional, he is at the forefront of sustainable architecture and innovation.
Loki was also an integral part of the technical team that developed the ‘SAFARI’ Green Building Rating System for Kenya and the East Africa region, a collaborative initiative by the Architectural Association of Kenya, UN-Habitat, and the University of Nairobi. His commitment to shaping the future of sustainable architecture continues to drive impactful, eco-conscious designs that harmonize functionality, aesthetics, and environmental stewardship.
Arch. Christine Nzilani Mphil - Urban Design (Cambridge UK), B.arch (Hons) University of Nairobi
Senior Architect at ADW, Christine studied Urban Studies at Cambridge and University of Nairobi, Nzilani brings speciality in Urban design, Housing and is involved in medium to large size projects.
Arch. Reagan Wege Ochieng B.arch (Hons) University of Nairobi
A licensed architect, with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Nairobi, Reagan brings speciality in Design and Construction documentation as well as contract administration and is involved in medium to large size projects.
